    The bibliography is looking good (although online, underlined text looks like a hyperlink, so it may cause readers to click in the expectation that a link will open).

    Published titles don't need inverted commas and italics/underling: italicise the published title (the book, the album etc) and use inverted commas for the contribution to a book, album track etc.

    To clarify, here's an example from the book you used:

    Garfield, G. (2008), "Magic: The Gathering" in Tinsman, B. (ed) The Game Inventor's Guidebook, New York, Morgan James Publishing. pp. 10-14.
